We are looking for one long-term intern to join our Corporate and Commercial practice at T&R Law Offices, Delhi, commencing June 1, 2026.

This opening is specifically for students in their 4th year of a 5-year integrated law programme or 2nd year of a 3-year LLB programme.
We are looking for candidates who can commit to a sustained engagement and the internship is structured for six months, with a genuine possibility of conversion into a Trainee role for the right candidate at the end of the term.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬
You will work directly on live matters across our key practice areas:
•Mergers & Acquisitions: We advise both founders and investors on startup transactions, including structuring, due diligence, and transaction documentation (SHA, SSA, and related instruments).
•Intellectual Property: Trademark, copyright, and design filing and enforcement mandates, including contentious prosecution work.
•Regulatory Practice : We regularly advise clients on SEBI-regulated structures, including VC/AIF formation and Merchant Banking licensing matters.
•Creator & Digital Media Advisory: We work with some of India’s leading digital creators and YouTubers, including pre-script legal diligence and IP risk assessment on content.
•Contracts & General Corporate Advisory: Day-to-day advisory, contract drafting, and transactional support.
The work is substantive. You will not be filing papers in a vacuum and you will be sitting in on real transactions and contributing to real mandates.

Strong research orientation. The ability to read a provision and form a view. Prior internship experience in corporate or IP practice is preferred. Publications or writing in relevant legal domains will be viewed favourably.

4) Yantra Packs is Hiring | Legal & Compliance Intern
Location: Gurgaon Sector-32
Duration: 6 Months
Working Days: 5 Days (On Site)
Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Reporting To: Legal Counsel
At Yantra Packs, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Intern to support our legal and compliance functions while gaining hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations in a fast-growing startup environment.
As a part of the Yantra Packs legal team, you will work closely with the Legal Counsel and cross-functional departments to manage contracts, compliance processes, legal documentation, and regulatory coordination while contributing to efficient and structured legal operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Legal Documentation
• Maintain agreement trackers and execution status records
• Organize executed agreements and legal repositories
• Populate standard agreement templates and annexures
• Conduct first-level review contracts and highlight deviations
• Maintain version control and document indexing
• Coordinate dispatch and execution of agreements
Compliance & Regulatory Support

Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law program
Strong communication and drafting skills

Ability to work independently and manage timelines
Preferred Skills
• Prior internship experience in corporate law/startups/compliance
• Familiarity with corporate contracts and corporate compliances
