PROFESSIONAL FEE: Counsel fee/Professional fee of the Advocates engaged as Special Public Prosecutor (Retainer Counsel) will be governed by the terms and conditions contained in DoPT letter No. 225/18/2023-AVD-II.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: The following eligibility criteria may be considered carefully by the applicant while submitting the application for the appointment/engagement of CBI, Special Public Prosecutor (Retainer Counsel) to conduct the Prosecution, Appeals, Revisions and other matters arising out of the cases investigated by CBI or related to the CBI in the Delhi High Court
Education qualification: LLB
Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Councils.
Experience at BAR of handling criminal matters inthe Courts including the High Courts.
An unconditional willingness/ consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Govt. of India from time to time.
A minimum experience of 10 years as an Advocate with experience in handling in criminal matters.
PERIOD: Minimum 03 years
NATURE OF JOB: To conduct the Prosecution, Appeals, Revisions and other matters arising out of the cases investigated by CBI or related to CBI in the Delhi High Court.

– Copies of Educational qualifications.
– Copy of Enrolment Certificate as an advocate with the Bar Councils.
– Experience at BAR of handling criminal matters as an Advocate.
– An unconditional willingness/ consent to work on the general terms and conditions, approved by the Govt. of India from time to time.
– List of important cases handled by the applicant advocate.
