ASSISTANT (LEGAL) FOR CENTRAL POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD REGIONAL DIRECTORATE (SOUTH), BENGALURU

Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Regional Directorate (South), Bengaluru invites applications for one post of Assistant (Legal). The post is purely contractual and temporary for a period of one year only from the date of joining and candidate will have no right to claim any regular appointment in CPCB.

The general conditions and terms of reference of the post are given below:

A. General Conditions to apply:

i. Only persons of Indian origin are eligible to apply.

ii. Application should be sent in hand written or typed in the prescribed format attached as Annexure in A-4 size paper.

iii. Unsigned applications or applications with incomplete information shall not be considered.

iv. Selection will be on the basis of Walk –in- interview. In case of applications found in large numbers, a written test may be conducted. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

v. At any stage, if it is discovered that an attempt has been made by the applicant to conceal or misrepresent the facts, the application of the applicant will be summarily rejected.

vi. Original documents with photocopies of same (self-attested) of educational/professional qualifications (LL.B, LL.M or PGDEL) and Experience Certificates (Concerned Bar Council Registration Certificate and Experience Certificate issued by concerned Bar Association/Departments) shall be produced by the applicant with the application form at the time of walk-in interview.

vii. . No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the interview.

viii. The decision of CPCB shall be final in selection of candidate for this post
