Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI)-is a schedule ‘A’ Navratna CPSE under the administrative control of Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, Government of India. SECI has been named as one of the Renewable Energy Implementing Agencies (REIAs) of India which is continuously working towards fulfilling the goals for sustainable development.

The vacancies are in various fields, including Legal, Engineering, IT, Accounts,  and HR, amongst others.

1) Deputy General Manager (Legal)/ (E-6)

Pay scale in (IDA): ₹90000- 240000 (IDA)

No. of posts: 01 (UR)

Minimum Qualification:

ESSENTIAL: Graduate with 3 years LLB or 5 years LLB integrated course

DESIRABLE: LLM as an added qualification

Experience: 

Candidate should have worked in the following areas:
i. Drafting/scrutinizing/ vetting of commercial deeds/documents including, inter-alia, instruments, affidavits, deeds, agreements, contracts, MoU/indemnity bonds/ bank guarantees/consortium & collaboration agreements/pleadings/ legal due diligence of loan proposals, etc.
ii. Handling legal/court cases including arbitration/disciplinary proceedings/ labour /service matters, etc.
iii. Handling of regulatory affairs with entities such as CERC/ SERC, APTEL etc.
