PQE Required: 2+ years
Remuneration: INR 2,60,000 CTC/ as per the merit of the candidate.
Scope of work:
1. Drafting for district courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT,
NCDRC, etc., and drafting legal opinions and agreements;
2. Legal research and preparation of brief of the matters before hearings;
3. Regular appearances before courts and tribunals (advocates will be appearing in
courts/tribunals on a daily basis);
4. Handling evidences and preparation of affidavits by way of evidence;
5. Handling examination-in-chief and cross-examinations; and
6. Client interface – attending client meetings, coordination with clients and their staff,
updating clients, etc.
