PUBLIC NOTICE

The Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), New Delhi, under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, invites applications for the CGPDTM Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Internship Programme, offered in both offline (at seven locations across India) and online modes.

Upon successful application, candidates will receive an internship application number through their registered email.

Eligibility Criteria

(a) Students enrolled in undergraduate/postgraduate programs in Law, Science, Engineering, or related fields and who have already completed their course

(b) Research scholars with interest in IPR

(c) Professionals seeking exposure to IPR frameworks

Internship Duration

Online Programme: 30 days (four weeks), with daily one session conducted online Offline Programme: For Undergraduate students: 30 days (full-time at IP Offices) Short-term: 45 days Mid-term: Up to 6 months Long-term: Up to 12 months (Duration is subject to availability and discretion of CGPDTM)

Location
