PROFESSIONAL FEE: The Professional fees of the Advocates will be governed by the terms & conditions contained in DoPT ID No. 225/19/2023- AVD-II.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: The following eligibility criteria may be considered carefully by the applicant while submitting the application for the appointment/ engagement of CBI Special Public Prosecutors to conduct trial of CBI cases before the CBI Courts at Mumbai, Kalyan, Thane, Pune and Nagpur.

i. Educational Qualification of LLB

ii. Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council

iii. Experience at BAR of handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts

iv. An unconditional willingness/ consent to work on the general terms & conditions approved by Government of India from time to time.

v. A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate with experience in handling criminal matters.

ENGAGEMENT PERIOD:  3 years
