CBI intends to engage Special Public Prosecutor (Retainer Counsel) to conduct the Prosecution, Appeals, Revisions and other matters arising out of the cases investigated by CBI in Gauhati High Court, Aizawl Bench.
In this regard, applications are invited form the eligible Advocates for engagement as Special Public Prosecutors (Retainer counsels) in CBI to conduct the Prosecution, Appeals, Revisions and other matters arising out of the cases investigated by CBI or related to the CBI in the Gauhati High Court, Aizawl Bench.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
The following eligibility criteria may be considered carefully by the applicant while submitting the application for the appointment/engagement of CBI, Special Public Prosecutor (Retainer counsel) to conduct the Prosecution, Appeals, Revisions and other matters arising out of the cases investigated by CBI or related to the CBI in the Gauhati High Court, Aizawl Bench.
Education qualification: LLB
Enrolment certificate as an Advocate with the Bar councilsExperience at BAR of handling criminal matters in the courts including the High Courts.
An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Govt. of India from time to time.

NATURE OF JOB: To conduct the Prosecution, Appeals, Revisions and other matters arising out of the cases investigated by CBI or related to CBI in the Gauhati High Court, Aizawl Bench.
The complete application in prescribed format along with the requisite documents should be submitted through the online link (as given). Incomplete applications and applications submitted offline shall not be considered. Further, no application shall be entertained by CBI, which is submitted after last date of submission of the application.
