ENGAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONALS ON FIXED TERM APPOINTMENT (FTA) BASIS

The requirements are purely temporary in nature and offered on fixed tenure basis for a period of Two (2) Years which may be extended for maximum period of two (2) years on yearly basis, subject to satisfactory performance of the individual. OFFICER (LEGAL)
Qualification: Full-time LAW Graduate (LLB.) from recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% (aggregate marks of all semesters / years of Graduation) relaxed to 50% for SC / ST Candidates. Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
Post Qualification Experience: Should have minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field.

Job Description:
- Independently manage the day-to-day legal matters and court cases involving the Company.
- Preparing/advising/assisting officials/advocates in preparing legal replies and correspondence ( statement of defense, statement of claims, filing replies and other related documents).
- Drafting and vetting MoU, NDA and various other agreements entered into by the company.
- Coordinate and liaise with external advocates and law firms representing the Company in various legal and employee-related matters.
- Represent the Company in legal proceedings and attend court hearings as required.
- Initiate and pursue appropriate legal action in all relevant cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Handle eviction proceedings and other property-related legal issues concerning the Company.
- Provide legal advice and support on regulatory compliance, contracts, employee matters, and other corporate legal affairs.
- Maintain legal records and case documentation systematically.
- Any other duties may be assigned by the reporting officer.
