a) b) Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 (Forty) years (Relaxable for Government servants upto the age of five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government from time to time)

Note:- The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications from candidates.

 

Essential:

i) Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent with Seven years experience in Legal practice or Master degree in Law with five years experience in legal practice.

ii) Should be qualified for enrolment as an Advocate

 

Desirable :

i) A post graduate Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent;

ii) Two years experience in dealing with trials under special laws related to Armed Forces.
