The office of the Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA) invites application for engagement of twelve (12) Young Professionals (YPs) on contract basis for one year (extendable upto a maximum of two years) to work in CGDA HQrs office.
Age Limit: Not more than 32 years of age at the time of application (i.e. 08.03.2026).
Reference is invited towards an important advertisement dated 16.02.2026 on the subject matter, uploaded on the website of Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA), vide which notification for engagement of 12 nos. of Young Professionals (YPs) on contract basis for one year (extendable upto a maximum of two years) to work in CGDA HQrs office was issued. The last date for submission of application was 08.03.2026.
In this regard, the undersigned has been directed to state that in order to ensure adequate participation and selection of suitable consultant, timeline for submission of application has been extended by the Competent Authority upto 08.05.2026.
The total number of YPs to be engaged is as under:

- Master of Business Administrations – 02
- Bachelor of Law – 01 for CGDA HQrs office, Delhi Cantt. and 01 for O/o the PIFA (Q&M), New Delhi
- M. Tech/PhD with focus on data analytics – 06
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/CIA/CISA certifications –Â 02

Remuneration & Allowances Fixed monthly remuneration:
Rs.80,000/- (all inclusive). TA/DA admissible equivalent to AAO of the department. However, no TA/DA shall be paid for attending interview or non-bonafide duty.
No accommodation or other facilities such as travel, phone, medical insurance etc. will be provided. IT/TDS will be deducted as applicable under Income Tax Rules.
