Online applications are invited in the prescribed format from eligible candidates for empanelment as Legal Services Advocates (LSAs)on Regular Panels in the following District Legal Services Authorities (DLSAs) as listed below.
A. INSTRUCTIONS:-
Please read following instructions carefully before mailing the application Form:-
A. The Online Application Form is available exclusively on the official website.
B. Applications shall be filled and submitted online only. Physical/Hard copies of applications will not be processed or entertained.
C. A candidate shall submit only one application, clearly specifying one preferred panel and one preferred DLSA. Multiple applications across panels or districts will result in summary rejection.
D. Advocates already empaneled in any other District or State Authority, if selected here, must relinquish one panel within one month from the notification of results.
E. Applicants must thoroughly check all particulars viz. the contact number, email address, and mandatory academic/professional particulars. Incomplete or incorrectly filled forms will be summarily rejected.
F. Online applications shall be accepted from 05.10.2026 until 19.10.2026 (strictly up to 05:00 P.M.). The application filled thereafter shall not be entertained.
G. If an applicant does not receive an automated email confirmation within 48 hours of submission, he/she must reach out to the respective district nodal email helpdesk:

SELECTION PROCEDURE: –
1. Application forms will undergo thorough administrative scrutiny. Only those candidates who strictly fulfill all the prescribed eligibility conditions shall be shortlisted and called for interview
2. Fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria shall not confer any automatic right to be called for interview or selected for empanelment. DSLSA reserves the right to shortlist candidates, keeping in view the functional requirements and other relevant considerations.
3. Shortlisted candidates shall be informed of the date, time and venue of the interview through email, or SMS/ telephone.
4. Shortlisted candidates shall be required to produce all original educational/professional certificates, registration certificates and documents evidencing their professional experience/practice at the time of the interview as well as during the document verification.
5. The Interview Board shall systematically evaluate candidates on a dedicated criteria matrix, assessing:
Litigation Experience in Years.
Personality, Commitment & Spirit.
Professional Acumen and Aptitude.
Presentation and Orator Skills.
Ethics and Professionalism.
