Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited invites Online Applications for engagement on fixed short term contract basis. Candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions & possessing requisite qualification, work experience, etc. as detailed below are eligible to apply:

1) Legal Consultant

Educational Qualification/ Essential Criteria/ Nationality: Only Indian National would be eligible to apply:

Mandatory Criteria: i) The candidate should have graduated with LLB (either 3 years or 5 years integrated course). ii) The Institute should be approved by Bar Council of India (BCI). iii) The candidate must have scored at least 60 per cent marks in aggregate in LLB. iv. The candidate should have post qualification experience of three years.

Desirable Criteria: i) Advantage shall be given to candidates completing their five-year integrated LLB course from any of the National Law Universities in India. ii) Advantage shall be given to candidates with good PG CLAT Score of the respective years 2023, 2024 or 2025.

2) Real Estate Legal

Candidate should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) (either 3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a recognized University/ Institution.
