DDA invites applications for engaging Young Professionals for various projects under Legal Department, DDA purely on contractual basis through walk in interview. Therequired eligibility criteria for the posts are as under:

Young Professionals
Educational Qualification: Full time regular degree of Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at Bar and appearing before the Court) from recognized University or equivalent.
Eligibility criteria:
– Young Legal Professionals are required for monitoring of Court Cases and rendering Legal Advice, to be attached with all HODs & CEs.
– Upto date with current/recent judgments and acquaintance with the system.
– Enrolled with Bar Council of any State / UT in India
Experience: NIL
Consolidated Remuneration per month: Rs. 50,000/-

Notes:
1. Professionals will be hired for various projects under Legal Department of DDA for a period mentioned against each purely on contractual basis ona fixedconsolidated remuneration mentioned herein above.
2. 5% Annual enhancement on base rate i.e. proposed remuneration will be applicable on the recommendation of HoDs concerned on the basis of performance.In no case, the remuneration of any individual Consultant shall exceed 1.25 times of the in initial remuneration.
3. DDA may extend the contract period further depending on requirement and satisfactory performance of the candidate which would be reviewedannually.

Note: The candidate shall send the bio data in the prescribed format by 27.06.2025. They shall fill up the form duly typed fix photograph at the space providedin the prescribed application form (attached), put specimen signature in the space provided and then send the scanned copy of the signed application form duly filled pdf format at email–consultant.rc@dda.org.in.
Application received through any other mode of communication / after the last of dateofsubmission of application/ or not in prescribed format shall not be entertained. No correspondence in this behalf either by email, post or phone shall be entertained.
