REQUIREMENT FOR ALL POSTS-
- Prescribed minimum qualification(s): Regular full time Degree in Law (LLB – 3 years) with first division or equivalent CGPA Or Degree in 5 years integrated course in Law from a recognized University with first division or equivalent CGPA.
- Nature of experience required: Hands on experience in drafting/ vetting/ execution of legal documents of project financing, legal due diligence of loan proposals/ documents including in-depth knowledge of applicable corporate/ commercial legislations with expertise in DRT/ Civil/ Criminal Courts, arbitration proceedings in Banks/ financial institutions. Must have core competence in the areas of analyzing various legal, security packages relating to project financing, etc. and must be in a position to handle all activities of documentation independently.
