Candidates having experience in Trade Marks Filing, Prosecution and Opposition will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be well versed with Drafting and Filing of Suits, Writs, Appeals, Complaints, and appearing in Delhi High Court, District Courts and Tribunals like Consumer Forums, NCDRC.
- The candidate should be proficient in English language.
- The candidate should have knowledge of the working of the courts, tribunals and consumer forums in Delhi and should be able to take up/ handle matters independently.
